Our Precautions for Your Safety

The Karam Pediatric Group is committed to keeping you and your family safe. While we cannot eliminate all risk, we have taken the following steps to ensure a safe environment in our office for children and their families:

  1. Parents and children who are exhibiting symptoms that may be related to COVID-19 are asked to go to their nearest testing center, and not visit the Karam Pediatric Group Office. Telehealth visits are available.

  2. All patients are screened for any history of illness, symptoms, or exposure of COVID-19.

  3. All staff are screened, with temperatures taken twice daily.

  4. All staff must wear personal protective equipment, including mask and gloves.

  5. Surfaces in waiting rooms and exam rooms are cleaned thoroughly between each patient.

  6. We are staying up-to-date on the latest information from the Texas Medical Association, our local and state government and the CDC.

  7. We are offering telemedicine visits as an option to patients.
