After-Hours and Weekend Calls

Calls received after-hours are initially handled by the Pediatric Nurse Triage Service.  There is no charge for these calls.  You may reach the nurses directly by calling our main number, (972) 341.9697 and following the prompts.  If it is determined that Dr. Albert Karam, Dr. Ann Marie Karam, or Dr. Prengler, or the physician on-call needs to be contacted, the nurses will arrange for this to happen quickly.  Please be aware that an after-hours call that involves speaking to the physician may incur a charge.
